Pollution Prevention Plans should be continuously reviewed and improved upon, providing ongoing environmental and economic benefit to committed organization.

Describe your review and evaluation process. Identify responsibilities for collecting and presenting the required information to the reviewers, responsibilities for conducting the review, and frequency of the review.
