Regulations Amending the Gasoline Regulations (SOR/2003-106)The purpose of the Regulations Amending the Gasoline Regulations (hereinafter referred to as these Regulations), made under section 140 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA 1999), is to allow an exemption, until January 1, 2008, with respect to gasoline for use in competition vehicles from the otherwise applicable restrictions on the concentration of lead in gasoline specified in the Gasoline Regulations.
