Introduction

This report has been prepared in fulfillment of a commitment to produce a horizontal roll-up of the results of the evaluations done for the Clean Air Agenda (CAA) themes.

The roll-up is intended to help participating departments and agencies report on their CAA results to Parliamentarians and Canadians, and to inform decisions regarding CAA funding and activities beyond 2011.

The report comprises four sections:
