Figure 1 provides the Adaptation Theme Logic Model that displays the connections from the activities to outputs to immediate outcomes to intermediate outcomes for each of the programs included in the Adaptation Theme. The final outcomes for this Theme are identical to the intermediate and long-term outcomes for the CAA overall.
