Notification Forms
The New Substances Notification (NSN) Forms serve as an aid for complying with the New Substances Notification Regulations (Chemicals and Polymers) and for completing the NSN dossiers prior to their submission to Environment Canada.
These forms are being offered as an online service and are available in Portable Document Format (PDF) only as a signature is required. Once you have accessed the forms, you must print the forms and fill in the fields by hand for submission by mail.
