Section 8: Significant new activity notices for substances that are listed on Schedule 1 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999

This section contains the list of substances on the Domestic Substances List (DSL) that are subject to a Significant New Activity (SNAc) notice. These substances are suspected of being toxic or capable of becoming toxic within the meaning of section 64 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA 1999) and are listed on Schedule 1 of CEPA 1999.
