Comprehensive Listing of Substances that are Subject to the Significant New Activity Provisions

Section 8: significant new activity orders for substances that are listed on schedule 1 of the canadian environmental protection act, 1999 (CEPA 1999)

This section  contains the list of substances on the DSL that are subject to a SNAc notice. These substances are suspected of being toxic or capable of becoming toxic within the meaning of section 64 of CEPA and are listed on Schedule 1 of CEPA.
