2011-12-15

Success in characterizing the hydrological and aquatic chemical regimes in the basin has led to growing demands for data and information, and enhanced research activity in the Basin. Information generated will assist in wise decision making in support of sustainable economic development in the North and remediation of Canada's second highest priority contaminated site, Giant Gold Mine, located in the lower reaches of the basin.
