Report Online for Pollution Prevention Planning Notices
If you are subject to a Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA 1999) Pollution Prevention (P2) Planning Notice, you may fulfill your reporting requirements by reporting online via the Pollution Prevention Planning Online Reporting Tool. Upon completion, the forms must be printed (using your browser’s print option), signed by the appropriate authority, and mailed or faxed to Environment Canada. (See Contact Information in side menu bar.)
To report online, you must login or register your facility. You must register your facility before you can login.
Login to report through the P2 Planning Online Reporting Tool. If you have received a facility ID and password from Environment Canada, please use this information to login.
Register a new facility that will be reporting for a Notice. (Please provide your postal code to verify if your facility has already been registered.)
Important!
Before beginning to report online, make sure you have opened two separate Internet browsers – one for the P2 Planning Online Reporting Tool, and the other to access any guidance documents you may need while completing the schedules. Once you have started to report in the P2 Planning Online Reporting Tool, if you select a button from the side menu bar, you will exit the Tool and lose all data that has not been saved.
