Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of Part 7, Division 3, of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, the conditions of Disposal at Sea Permit No. 4543-2-03497 are amended as follows:

3. Duration of permit: Permit is valid from November 1, 2013, to October 31, 2014.
