Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the section 127 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, the conditions of Disposal at Sea Permit No. 4543-2-06694 are amended as follows and published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, July 9, 2013.

3. Duration of Permit: Permit is valid from July 16, 2013, to July 15, 2014.
