Archived - This document is a draft discussion paper for distinguishing wastes and recyclable materials drafted with respect to the former Export and Import of Hazardous Wastes Regulations (EIHWR). The revised Export and Import of Hazardous Waste and Hazardous Recyclable Material Regulations (EIHWHRMR) revoked and replaced the EIHWR on November 1, 2005.
