Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of Part 7, Division 3 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, the conditions of Permit No. 4543-2-03524 are amended as follows and published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, May 28, 2013:
