Disposal at Sea Permit No. 4543-2-06741, Amended

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 127 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, Disposal at Sea Permit No. 4543-2-06741 authorizing the loading for disposal and the disposal of waste or other matter at sea is amended as follows.

4. Loading site(s):

(a) Cheticamp Harbour Entrance Channel, Nova Scotia, at approximately 46°38.30' N, 61°00.62' W (NAD83); and

(b) Cheticamp Harbour Wharf, Nova Scotia, at approximately 46°38.20' N, 61°00.60' W (NAD83);

as described in Figure 6 (December 2012), submitted in support of the permit application.

6. Method of loading: Loading will be carried out using a barge-mounted excavator or land-based heavy equipment.
