Please find attached a formal request from the Silicones Environmental, Health, and Safety Council of North America (SEHSC) for a Board of Review in response to the Proposed Order to add Cyclotetrasiloxane, octamethyl-(D4) and Cyclopentasiloxane, decamethyl-(D5) to Schedule 1 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999; Canada Gazette Vol. 143, No. 20 -- May 16, 2009.
