40°N 65.5°W, then northwestward along a line joining 40°N 65.5°W and 43°N 68°W as far as latitude 42°N, then eastward along latitude 42°N, to intersect a line joining 43°N 65.5°W and 40°N 65°W, then southeastward along that line to 40°N 65°W, then westward along latitude 40°N to 40°N 65.5°W.
