The purpose of this document is to report the results of the environmental effects monitoring (EEM) studies conducted by pulp and paper mills in Canada during Cycle 6 (2010 to 2013). It also summarizes the studies conducted to determine the causes of environmental effects and to identify solutions for environmental effects caused by mill effluent. For contextual purposes, this document also compares EEM results from cycles 1 to 6.
