The submission questioned why eight vanadium-based substances that are remaining priorities are not included in the rapid screening assessmentTwo of the substances listed in the submission were subject to rapid screening and are found in the document; new information was received on both substances during Phase 1 of the Domestic Substances List (DSL) Inventory Update. Both substances no longer meet the scope of this rapid screening and will require further assessment. Six additional vanadium-based substances have not been included in this rapid screening as reported uses of these substances exceeded the volume trigger, which placed them outside of the scope of the assessment.
