1 The estimated emission reductions are based on the targets contained in the Regulatory Framework for Industrial Air Emissions that was released on April 26, 2007. Consultations on some elements of that Framework are ongoing. Actual industrial emission levels will depend on the compliance options chosen by regulated firms.
