OTTAWA, Ont. – April 19, 2013 – Media representatives are advised that Canada’s Environment Minister, the Honourable Peter Kent, and Alberta’s Minister of Environment and Sustainable Resource Development, the Honourable Diana McQueen, will make an announcement.
