WINDSOR, Ontario, June 15, 2007 – Christopher Donald Dunn of Windsor, Ontario was convicted today in the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Division, for unlawfully importing live coral into Canada from the U.S without a permit. Mr. Dunn was fined $615 and ordered to forfeit all Stony Corals seized from him at the Windsor border crossing.

CALGARY, April 25, 2007 – Leddy Exploration Ltd. (Leddy) of Calgary, Alberta, was sentenced in Alberta Provincial Court to a fine of $2,500 and a contribution of $40,000 to the Environmental Damages Fund, after pleading guilty to one count of violating subsection 36(3) of the federal Fisheries Act, which protects fish-bearing waters from the deposit of any substance that is harmful to fish and aquatic life.

CAMBRIDGE BAY, Nunavut, March 16, 2007 – Miramar Hope Bay Ltd. of Vancouver has been fined $100,000 in Nunavut Territorial Court in Cambridge Bay for a violation of subsection 36(3) of the Fisheries Act resulting from a June 2004 spill of 19,000 litres of diesel fuel into Windy Lake, Nunavut.
