PCB Online Reporting System
Section 42 of the PCB Regulations requires that reports referred to in Sections 33 to 38 be submitted electronically in the format provided by the Department of the Environment. Environment Canada's online reporting system for the PCB Regulations was launched on March 30, 2009.
Only one person per company can register for an account on the online reporting system as the primary account holder. This primary account holder must ensure that all facilities subject to the PCB Regulations are reported.
A primary account holder may choose to set up sub-accounts for individual facility (site) reporting responsibilities. Accounts on the on-line reporting system must be approved and granted by Environment Canada (system administrator) before data entry can occur.
