Reply to Comments on Submissions Received on the August, 2003 Environment Canada Discussion document "Reducing the Level of Sulphur in Canadian Off-road Diesel Fuel"
In August 2003 Environment Canada distributed a Discussion document entitled "Reducing the Level of Sulphur in Canadian Off-Road Diesel Fuel" to parties with an interest in fuel issues. The cover letter invited parties to provide their views on the approach and design of new regulations to reduce the level of sulphur in Canadian off-road, rail and marine diesel fuels. This document responds to the comments that Environment Canada received about the discussion paper.
