As part of the public reporting commitment of the Canada-Ontario Agreement Respecting the Great Lakes Basin Ecosystem (COA), the federal and provincial governments are pleased to provide the 2002-2007 COA Progress Report. This report describes achievements and challenges during the 2002-2007 period and a final assessment of the goals, results and commitments under the Agreement.
