Resilog - Vol. 27, No. 1

Resilog is an Environment Canada publication that compiles information related to the notification and permitting of international movements of hazardous waste and hazardous recyclable material across Canada’s borders, twice per year. This edition covers imports, exports and transits in the first half of 2012. The information is collected during the permitting process administered by Environment Canada under Canada’s Export and Import of Hazardous Waste and Hazardous Recyclable Material Regulations (EIHWHRMR), which came into force in 2005 under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA 1999).
