A Climatology of Hurricanes for Eastern Canada

Welcome to Environment Canada’s online hurricane climatology. This site, launched in December 2009, is a living and growing source of historical information about tropical cyclones affecting eastern Canada and her waters. Please consult it at least annually to see what new things have been added.

Before searching for information that might interest you, please read the introduction to learn about the background of the climatology report and what you can expect to find in it.
