Straight line from South Head, Bay of Islands to 50°N 59°W on to intersect the Quebec north shore, then northeastward along the Quebec north shore to the intersection of an arc of a circle 90 nautical miles radius, centred at Belle Isle, with Quebec north shore, then along that arc to the west coast of Newfoundland, then southwestward along the west coast of Newfoundland to South Head.
